The Mental Health Self Check is a brief, interactive questionnaire designed to help people look at how they’re feeling and functioning in their everyday life. This tool is an online version of the widely used Mental Health Continuum Short Form (MHC-SF) (Keyes, 2009) aimed at measuring the three dimensions of positive mental health including emotional, social and psychological well-being.

The Mental Health Self Check does not provide a diagnosis or medical advice. It is intended to help people understand their current mental health status and ways to maintain or enhance it.

For this prototype, we have programmed 3 outcomes (everyday, about once a week, never) to demonstrate how an educator will be guided through the site. However, the full version of the tool will be available once the site is finalized.
